Consumption of alcohol on the tour vehicle is strictly forbidden.
No food is to be consumed on board tour vehicle.
Take away coffee is permitted – providing the take away cups and lids are disposed of correctly.
Bottled water is permitted – providing the bottle is disposed of correctly.
Cleaning fees may be charged if vehicle is soiled or damaged by participants.
The tour may be terminated if any participant becomes aggressive or quarrelsome.
As a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirement – the tour may be terminated if any participants are obviously intoxicated.
As an RSA requirement, venues will not allow any intoxicated, aggressive, or quarrelsome participants to enter the premises.
Although every effort will be made to adhere to the agreed itinerary, alternatives will be offered if unforeseen circumstances arise.
RSA regulations stipulate that alcohol cannot be consumed by anyone under the age of 18. Appropriate proof of age is required at wineries etc.
Participants must be ready to depart from their pick up point at the agreed time. Any delays may precipitate an alteration to the itinerary.
Participants must be ready to leave the last destination at the time specified by the tour driver. Any extension of time will incur extra charges.
